The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh has released a revised tentative schedule for the Mop-Up Round of the MP State NEET PG Counselling 2025-26 for MD/MS courses. This update comes after the NEET PG qualifying percentile was lowered, allowing more candidates to take part in counselling.

Important Dates & Activities

Fresh Registration & Edit Facility
Eligible newly-qualified candidates can register and edit details from 19 January to 05 February 2026 (till 11:59 PM).
Already registered candidates cannot re-register or edit their old details.

Revised Merit List & Eligible Candidates List
The revised merit list and the list of eligible candidates (with remaining vacancies) will be published on 06 February 2026.

Online Resignation / Upgradation Option Edit
Candidates can resign from admitted seats (state counselling) or edit upgradation willingness at their login from 30 January to 05 February 2026 (5:00 PM).

Fresh Choice Filling & Choice Locking
Online choice filling and locking for the Mop-Up Round will run from 07 to 11 February 2026 (till 11:59 PM).
All candidates must do fresh choice filling — otherwise they won’t be considered for allotment and will remain in their old seat.

Mop-Up Round Seat Allotment Result
The result will be declared on 14 February 2026 (excluding candidates already admitted through All India Quota).

Reporting to Colleges
Allotted candidates must personally report to their allotted colleges for document verification and admission between 15 and 17 February 2026 (up to 5:00 PM).

Security Deposit & Penalty
Security Amount: ₹2 lakh (non-NRI) and ₹10 lakh (NRI) must be deposited before choice filling.
Penalty: If a candidate resigns after allotment, the security deposit will be forfeited according to the rules.
