Central University of Haryana

The Central University of Haryana (CUH) is a public central university located in the Mahendragarh district of Haryana, India. It was established in 2009 under the Central Universities Act, 2009, passed by the Parliament of India, and is fully funded by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university operates its main campus across a sprawling area of over 480 acres in the villages of Jant-Pali, offering a co-educational environment. It has been accredited with an ‘A’ Grade by NAAC.

CUH is dedicated to providing quality education with an emphasis on inter-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary learning. It offers a wide array of programs at the Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and Ph.D. levels across eight Schools and 34 Departments, covering streams like Engineering (B.Tech in CSE, Electrical, Civil, etc.), Basic Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences, Law, Management, and Education.

B.Tech programs in Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. Another B.Tech course available is in Printing and Packaging Technology.

Admission to the B.Tech programs at the Central University of Haryana requires candidates to first appear for the CUET entrance exam and then apply for counseling through the university’s portal. Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria of passing 10+2 with at least 60% aggregate marks (for the general category).
