The Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST) is a State University located in Murthal, Sonipat, Haryana, India, in the National Capital Region (NCR). It was established on November 6, 2006, by the Government of Haryana, upgrading the erstwhile Chhotu Ram State College of Engineering (CRSCE), which was founded in 1986. The university is named after the pre-eminent Indian politician and reformer Sir Chhotu Ram.
